Reservation Instructions:

1: Click on  the Availability Tab and find the dates you are interested in that are green. White dates are tentatively booked, meaning a rental agreement has been sent out.

2: Send an email to 4doorspropertymanagement@gmail.com with your interested dates in the subject line, please include your full name in the body of the email.

3: An individual Rental Agreement will be sent to you with a link to follow and e-sign.

​

4: 50% of the rental amount is due upon booking to secure your dates, the other 50%, cleaning fee and a $600 refundable Damage/Security Deposit is due 14 days prior to check in. The Damage/Security deposit will be refunded 0-7 days after check out provided there is no damage or other fees (ex. cleaning fee if left messy) as per the rental agreement.

5: A PDF of the Rental Agreement and 1st Installment payment receipt will be emailed to you to confirm your booking and you will receive further instructions.
